Unless you're using a nice long/deep one that causes "injury"...I doubt they do much on their own. Awhile back many were using the longer ones..some even using lancets or ? to jab their scalps with. I don't think it did much good though

My initial answer is no. No use by themselves.

Propecia 1mg - once per day in the evening.
Spectral F7 - evening only. Wait at least one hour before applying spectral DNC-N.
Spectral DNC-N - morning and night.
Dermaroller (0.75mm) - evening.
