id be interested if there was a garantee id be able to obtain it long term, but most of these combos dissapear after a few yrs, leaving us holding our dicks.

Looking at the site it seems only a doctor would be able to order it. So they may be ok long-term. Something to ask them though if you're interested..I suppose.
