His hair looks wetter.It may just be use of hair products such as conditioner and if the hair is combed or not.

Baldwin used to be one of the most handsome leading men in hollywood.
His hair seems thick still to me, its just very light and grey he doesn't dye it brown like he used to.
But how do people get warts like that on their face?
