NW VI to NW III Vertex

Is it possible to get a hair transplant(s) to go from a NW VI to NW III Vertex? I'm heading to a NW VI soon, but my goal of hair transplantation would not be to restore a full head of hair but restore the NW III Vertex type of hair loss. Is it possible to get decent density? And if it is how many grafts would it take?

I have no experience with hair transplants. But I can tell you that if/when I am a NW 6, the only HT I would consider is a high quality (dense) NW3. I would not pay a dime for a "see through" NW1 revision. Too much time and monvey invested to half ass it. The comb over isn't gonna fool any ladies. I appologize if I pissed anyone off, Im just sayin.
