Dr. Proctor- Snake-oil'n since (at least) 1987..

    Found this interesting little tidbit:

    http://books.google.com/books?id=4yk...page&q&f=false

If it doesn't take you to it right away..scroll down to page 191..the ad.

"In a comprehensive three year clinical study"..blah blah blah..."which doubles the response rate of existing hair loss therapy".

    About that clinical study.........

So where's that 3 year clinical study? Or was he just making things up(lying) from the beginning?

This is either gonna kick off or Bryan is going to ignore you!

Im starting to wonder if he is actually shilling for Proctor or he is just doing this to get on your nerves!

Them 6 months before and after shots are hilarious!

He's been getting on a lot of nerves for over 15+ years. Anyone can go back and read various ppl calling him(as well as Proctor) on this. The big question still remains...why did he..and does he still...get away with it? When he says here in this forum that he can say anything he wants..while at the same time asking others if they own this place or something, when calling him on these things....and then no one here can answer why he gets away with it....

HLH is the same way- try asking Farrel about these things..it's hilarous

Again...So where's that 3 year clinical study? Or was he just making things up(lying) from the beginning?

Looks to be from a chat room: http://www.hairlosssucks.com/1232000c.htm A few of the more interesting ones...

Bryan2 Me, too! Dr. P takes some heat, but not all of it is deserved! :-)
GeorgeMiu not only a patient, but apparently one that flew to houston to see Dr P
    Bryan2 Wow.
Bryan2 Damn, I could *walk* to his office from here! :-)
Rkt Bryan, how would you rate Prox's effectiveness compared to Min/fin combo? As good, twice as good, etc?
Bryan2 It's hard to specify exactly what *twice as good* means in this context.
Mikey Oh don't be such a perfectionist Bryan!
Bryan2 I think it would grow noticeably more hair.
Bryan2 BTW, Dr. P has been negotiating with me to help him prosecute cases of patent infringement...
    My questions above...still remain......

BTW...did you see that last quote? ..and I just about used the other wave guy.....

I wonder if ppl like Will Brink were just duped into believing and then pushing the Prox crap or if it's worse than that. He didn't have much to say after I pointed these ads out to him and the lack of evidence overall on even the "prescription" product, which he was trying to hide behind.

I've been posting his video on whey and hair loss...and I think he's the one behind that pro-dht(for your body) article I've posted numerous times over the years..but he has no credibility on this one- otherwise he would have backed up the claims(that even he is making) etc. Which is impossible to do- even Proctor and Bryan have been unable to do that. But then he needs to stop hyping the crap as well(which he might have already done). Updating his articles to reflect reality on this issue would make him look a bit..not so...

I don't post very often but have lurked on and off for a few years...

I have to congratulate Jacob on a sterling job on this thread, the Bryan / Proctor saga is something that has been irritating me for a long time...

Well done on putting the effort in to finally show these numpty's up for what they really are...

    Good things
