He's just a very good looking guy. Celebrity status alone won't get girls swooning over you like that.
I remember watching his 1998 film, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, with a bunch of girls about 10years ago, in that film he's a shaved NW3 and they all wouldn't stop going on about how good looking and unbelievably "sexy" he was. Bear in mind too, these girls were all late teens early 20s and this wasn't one of those flicks where he just flashes his guns for 2hours, he was fully clothed! lol.
His facial features complement the bald look very well, this is rarely the case with a lot of other guys to be honest.
Still, a lot of guys on this forum mistakenly think it's impossible for a girl to find a guy physically attractive unless he is a preening, effeminate, NW1 pretty boy, but this really couldn't be further from the truth, as all girls apart from under16s perhaps, find obsessively vain guys grossly unattractive and seriously lacking in masculinity.

Confidence is the key, and GENUINE confidence, women are adept at seeing through our acts. You can try to strut your stuff, but if you're insecure about your hair and that insecurity is lingering beneath the surface, they can sense that. I am guilty of this to the fullest because once my hair started to diminish, so did my confidence, and my swagger disappeared.
I've always had long hair and women would tell me "I don't date men who have long hair" and I would reply "That's what my last girlfriend said too". I've snagged my share, but I was confident in myself and secure with having long hair so their words really didn't matter in the end, my confidence dictated the situation.
I'm not saying that it's easy to do, I'm just saying that I've seen plenty of bald men with good looking women, and they're not all buff either. Would these women tell you that their ideal mate would be "bald"? Probably not, but again, body language trumps all else. Of course there will be those who are so petty and superficial that they can't get past the baldness, but there is no reason why a man shouldn't be able to find a mate because of his hairloss alone. It's all of the other underlying, psychological problems associated with hairloss that nullify his chances.
Hell, we're the ones who are more concerned about looks. Beneath the sophistication and words, we're looking for a healthy female specimen suitable for bearing our children on the most instinctive level. Women are looking for good character traits and talents that they want their offspring to have.
People will call B.S. on everything I've said, but it's because our minds are clouded by our perception of everything. We all operate with a chip on our shoulder, and feel that we've gotten the raw end of the deal. But I know through experience that confidence is most important. I've been on both ends, from a loser who couldn't get a date, to being successful with women, back to a loser who sits at home all day and agonizes over his hairloss and vainly obsesses over finding a cure, and now I'm headed back to being successful again just through some re-programming, or "mindscaping" if you will.
I mean, if you view yourself as flawed, and see your hairloss as a handicap, then that will likely come across in your presentation, or will at least be sensed. Confidence is based off of the way that you view yourself, and project it onto others. If you view yourself as deformed and diseased but try to put on an act, it won't be a very good one.
I don't think he looks good at all...besides this he just 1,75 m( 5,9) so it is not tall also...a good looking bald man is Dwayne Johnson, the rock.
