With hair tranpslants? Of course, just look at Dr. Rahal's/Armani's results (I would never go to armani though)

I don't want a nw1 hair line, it would be too much pressure to keep everything else, I'm just curious to hear from those who took the extremely bold step to go from nw3 to nw1
