its absolutely ok, whe is just that - protein. unless you are some kind of genetic freak it should have no influence whatsoever on fin, niz & minox.
if you just started lifting weights and your goal is to build muscle you wont need any supplements. they only make a significant difference if every other variable is perfect, so its something you might wanna look into once you get more experienced and dedicated. cant go wrong with postworkout whey though, thats always worth its money.
