    my hair is thinning really bad

    i just turned 23 and ive always cut my hair since 14 when my hair was fine but now im growing it back and my top is thinning

    any advice?

    It definitely looks like the advent of diffuse thinning... looks like what I used to 4-5 years back... Id suggest you have your condition diagnosed and jump on the medication bandwagon ASAP...
