4 month rogain+topical fin+S5+oil+vitamin = regrow

Have been using propecia to stop shedding for over 2 years.
I didn't get any regrow with that and it caused me to have unbearable side effects so I had to stop taking it.

So i decided to try a new treatment :

left = 19 may (before my new treatment)
right = 27 september



My new treatment :

2x day : Rogain 5%
1x day : Topical finasteride 0.05%
1x day : S5 cream (spiro, retin-a,cafein)

2x week (all the night) : Emu oil/ Aloe vera/ Magnesium oil/Castor oil

1x day: Biotine, Brewers Yeast,Curcuma,Resveratrol,Zinc,B6,Soy,Lysine

2. I mix the liquid aloe vera and emu oil, and I put it in an old container rogaine.
I apply 2ml every evening on my temples and my hairline.

Have you avoid to eat any kind of food?

Did you shed at all when starting the castor oil? I tried castor oil last year and even diluted it and it always made me shed a lot of hairs and my hair looked rather unhealthy as well. Experience this? Any facila bloating from minox?

My eyes are dry, so I have a diet where I drink lots of water, I eat tuna / salmon or I take omega3 supplement.
I eat lots of antioxidant , fruit, I drink fruit juice (Carrot,lemon,orange).
I try to avoid eating too much fat .
