    FredtheBelgian's Story - 23 Years Old - DPA - 5% Minoxidil

Story: So to make a long story short, I began to bald at 17, it took me 2 years to notice it because it was diffuse, so not receding an inch and no bald spot. I Began to apply minoxidil at 20 and it improved my hair for about 2 years, then the loss continued but was still reduce. I also made some dietary changes who help with dandruff and sebum production. Here's what I take:

Topicals: Custom 5% Minoxidil once a day

Diet (Ideal): No Dairy, No Refined Fats, No Refined Sugar, No Alcohol, No Processed Foods

    Supplements: Fish oil, L-OptiZinc (60 mg), Magnesium (650 mg), Vitamin B5 (1g) & Acetyl-L-Carnitine (1g), 25000 IU of Vitamin D (twice a month), Vitamin A (50000 IU)

Hair loss pattern: DPA (thinning equally in the NW 5 area with no receding hairline and no bald spot at the crown)

    Age: 23 - Hairloss started at: 17 - Treatment (5% Minoxidil) started at: 20

    Status: Heading towards NW5

Feel free to comment , have a nice day everyone!

Can we get an "after" picture of your hair wet as well? It's hard to compare pictures when they're not both taken under the same circumstances.

True, as much as I'd like to believe in your success, your before/after pictures have been totally inconclusive so far.

I was considered balding severly so much that friends would point it out, and now it's like I have normal hair for my age, you can see through but a very hot girl told me yesterday "yeah but it's like that for everyone" I disagree but hell

Tomorrow I'll take a picture of my hair wet in the same positition lol, but I will not return in the pool

Isn't maintaining a hairloss that began at 17 for 2 years considered a success on HLT?

    In HLT and in everywhere,
stop the process is a success, regrowth only considered as a plus.

Those supplement units are insane and you aren't even absorbing most of them. Also your pics aren't evidence of anything yet.

Ok so I'm continuing to bald and unhappy then, wait this isn't the case, I'm happy! and less bald than I was a year ago , you're hopeless people of Hairlosstalk who said it was the supps, could be anything in my regimen, even your precious minox, sorry if I don't want to take fin, your favourite poison to encourage balding to stop and your penis to become lazy
