myRegimen:

PROPECIA LIGHT = 0.5mg Finasteride EOD (Every Other Day)

MINOXIDIL 5%++ = Min?xidil 5% + Finasteride 0.025% + Ketoconazole 1% EOD, 2+ hours before shower every 2 days

tretinoin cream @ temples everyday

5000mg COD LIVER OIL every day Orally
+Cod liver Oil topically every 2 days (on days of minox lotion)


*16 DEC 2009 - 16 JAN 2010 Using corticosteroid FUCICORT = Betamethasone as valerate 0.1% + Fusidic acid 2% on temples only, 2 times per day

*until 31dec2009 I put minox directly after the bath on wet scalp!
*until 31dec2009 i applied Min?xidil 5% + Finasteride 0.025% 2xtimes everyday
*until 31dec2009 i used ketoconazole 2% shampoo EOD
*until 31dec2009 i used 5x minox, 2x tretinoin, 1x azelaic acid on temples only everyday

*because i have very good regrowth i start maintainance from 1Jan2010
*the only side effect is watery semen! libido is good
*i regrow few unwanted hairs also on my body and under the temples but they are very thin velus and you cant see them!

Why you do not use 0.5mg every day ?

Coz i have more sides... i try 1.25mg EOD also with many sides...
with 0.5mg EOD the only side so far is watery semen! and my libido is very good!
But maybe i am to sensitive to finasteride... other guys takes 5mg dayly without sides!
u must find the right dose for you!


I hope for more... coz i am at the begining right now... i start the BIG 3 at the end the august 2009!
And only in 3.5 month i see so promising results and very good regrowth at temples... Hope for more

as i can see on your blog, you had a big shed in the beginning, is that right? i cant understand a word thoug maybe you could also write the text in english, would appreciate that!

Where do you get the Ketoconazole Lotion from?
What kind of minox do you use? foam, liquid?

Where do you get the time from to apply all that stuff 5x a day to your temples?

yeah, if you can write a small summary of when you had sheds/regrowth, that would be great.... the dates are throwing me off too....

i had a massive shed after a month of use BIG3... maybe more than 300hairs per day! The shed its over after about 2 month of use big3! Now i see only few hairs in the bathroom... less than 10! my hair is thickers and darker!
I buy finasteride from local pharmacy! we dont need prescription to buy drugs in greece! the name is Finar and is Proscar generic!
I use Kirkland for minox and generic ketokonazole Shampoo!
i also made ketokonazole lotion 3.3% (50% ethanol, 50% PG) and use it every 2-3 days 30-60min before bath!

could you elaborate.
do you crush them before putting them in the min?

Yes i crush them very well and then add the powder in the Kirkland botlle and shake it well!
The amount of finasteride is to small (0.025%) but i think it works synergicaly a little bit with all the other things i use... so all the things together make a big diference~
