I always blow dry my hair as it makes it much easier for me to spike up my hair. I want to know if all this blow drying can excacerbate MPB or make you lose your hair ?

i believe blow drying can be harsh on the scalp
and as we all know our hair grows from our scalp
alot of people recommend to towel and air dry air
i personally towel and air dry my hair
cheers
i havent looked into it or anything but personally i wud say thats not true, i think what matters is if u have it on hot, i also blow dry my hair but on cool, ive actually read somewhere its better to blow dry then towel dry, but again thats just me
It may be slightly bad for the condition of your hair but it wont cause hairloss. So generally speaking no.

mpb or not I think using one is bad if the air is hot
You can get hair dryers with warm and cool settings. This is what I use. And Instead of thinning my hair it gives volume. Use the Warm setting.
Tourmaline blow dryers are better because they are easier on the hair. I have used blow dryers all my life and I still have healthy looking hair. I don't every use high settings.

is blow drying with cool air bad too?
Personally, I would avoid blow drying. Before I started treatments I was blow drying and using hairspray to thicken up the appearance of my crown. It just seemed to make my shedding worse.
