The end of my eyebrows near my nose have been thinning for years, and my left eyebrow has been 1/8 inch higher than my right, which looks bad. Yesterday I noticed I have vellus hairs above my right, and that the two are perfectly symetrical if hte vellus hairs would grow in. And they are not minoxidil fuzz. They look like former terminals. Also, because that brow it lower, it makes my hairline look higher than it is. If I could grow those longer and darker, I would not need to lower my hair line at all. I also don't know how much worse it will get. I don't think fin has anything to do with it It would be nice if someone knew what I can do about it. I heard that doctors can easily treat this kind of hairloss, unlike MPB. I just don't want to spend $60 to see a doc and find out that this doc does not know the answer to that question, and I have to see another. I'd rather go tell the doc the name of a drug or treatment and ask about it.

Try using some Folligen on your eyebrows, it has worked for others before.

Maybe the drug your looking for is Corticosteriod injections. They are often used to help regrow hair when its cause is not MPB.

I'm worried the shots will be expensive, and that I'll need a lot and have to pay every time. As a student, I can see a nurse for $10, and a doc for $30, so it might be worth asking them what could be causing it.

The shots are immuno depresants for alopecia aurta. Topicals are not as effective as shots. I started using minoxidil and folligen. Very easy and non-messy to apply to eyebrows. I can use my bosewillia too, with maybe some extra borageseed oil in it.

I don't know if those shots are like botox, where you can get another in 3 months and be fine, or if you have to get them twice a week and pay each time, or if you have to get many shots to cover an area. I'll just have to ask. $40 is worth it, I guess.
