Hi I haven't found out what the half-life of finasteride is. I am considering whether to take 0.5 mg each day or 0.5 mg EoD. What do you recommend? Best, Lambaugh.

Absorption is decreased by 10% with food for both duta and finasteride .

... in most cases people slow down or stop their loss and that is success as well. I got my best "regrowth" from minoxidil and only added Finasteride (generic 5 mg quartered) after I started losing my gains from Minox two years later. Good luck and keep us posted on what your Doctor ...

You have lost a lot of hair. Forget about fancy shampoos and etc, just get on finasteride and minoxidil ASAP. You don't have much time, you are heading towards NW6 pretty fast. Get on fin NOW.

www.drmpharmacy.com , i pay £500 a year for 0.5mg/daily. Doctors didn't want to prescribe me finasteride so I went straight onto the big guns.

Yup, decided, going to try fin for 6 months see what happens, keep my hair buzzed the whole time hopefully. Just going to wait on blood test then discuss with doctor. Thanks for input!
