Martin's One Year Status Report
Martin has finally reached the 1 year mark on his regimen suggested by HairlossTalk:
Propecia 1mg daily, Rogaine 5%, and Nizoral shampoo. He was about to head in for
a hair transplant, but we strongly urged im to try the proven treatments before
undergoing the procedure, and it has paid off wonderfully. His photo bio has just
one new picture representing the front of his head at the 1 year mark, but we
will be getting more soon that have better lighting. Either way, the results are
obvious. Make sure you click the thumbnail images to view them full size when
you get to his Bio page.
Click the Link below to view Martin's latest pictures and also his thoughts on how this hair re-growth has affected his life. We would like to thank Martin for putting himself up in the public's eye in an
attempt to help others suffering from hair loss. Bookmark his Bio, and make sure
you're subscribed to the newsletter, and you'll be sure not to miss his updated
photos and continued progress.

Carol's Fight with Alopecia Areata, almost Over
It has been nearly 1 year since Carol, girlfriend to the founder of HairlossTalk
began losing her hair as a result of Alopecia Areata. For several months, things
seemed to be getting worse despite treatment with steroid injections, but eventually
the tables turned for the better. We have just posted Carol's 1 year photos,
and as you can see on the left, she has seen some amazing results.
She has been a great sport through it all, putting up with our irritating digital
camera and keeping a smile on her face even when the news was bleak. Steroid
injections have proven to be an effective method for treating alopecia areata.

Neil's Hair Transplant and Followup Regimen
Neil came to us just after his hair transplant, and wanted to portray his story
on our Photo Gallery. We sat down with Neil and interviewed him on his thoughts,
experiences, and goals for the future. He is trying a combination regimen of both
FDA approved and other potentially helpful treatments, in hopes of thickening
and maintaining his transplanted hair. This is a great example of one of the new
unique ways people are using treatments and surgical methods to restore their
hairline.
Neil has also been an avid participant in our Discussion Forums to answer questions
and give advice for those considering a transplant. Many thanks to Neil for taking
an active role in helping other hair loss sufferers.
